Thanks Daniel. I did find this one but dismissed it due to its low marks on Amazon. I now read the actual reviews too, and I think it could be worthwhile to pursue. There does not, alas, seem to exist a single copy of it in any Swedish library, so I will have to put my hope to inter-library loans or a cheap copy.
