My post was intended to have some answers of all the specialists in this period to have enough arguments in a discussion with a Flemish author (still one of my friends) who wrote a lot of books on the Napoleonic period, and who's last book has, in Dutch, the title "Napoleon. Inspiratie voor hedendaags management en leidinggeven", or in English : Napoleon, Inspiration for actual management and leading people"..

Having a Master in Public Management myself (better described as Master in Management of Public and Governmental Institutions and Organisations") , obtained in 2008 at the University of Gent in Belgium, and having been myself in my professional career a Director of the Sales Tax Administration in Brussels with the responsability for the paying of that tax by, for instance, all the foreign companies acting in Belgium, and having some 70 adjuncts to do the fieldwork

I'm reading this book at the moment and I don't agree with all the arguments the author put forward although most of them can have a certain value for managers if used in the right way.

I wonder also if there would be enough people interested in an Engish version of that subject.
