and for his qualities as a manager, he wasn't able enough to manage the invasion of Russia as he lacked all modern principles of of management, who could already be used in his times

For instances - I don't see very mucht traces of Governmental marketing (as I don't see them also in modern times by actual governments) that he should have made to get not only the population of France but also the peoples of the other countries to accept him as the best ruler for a unified Europe as was his plan
