I have in my mind that the 2° bllón del Voluntarios de Barcelona were renumbered (or whatever the correct action or word might be).
While D. José Borrellas is listed as the commander, it appears to have marched under Major Prat. (Bythe way the return spells D. Juan Francisco Viver as Vivčs).
This is from page 548 showing the units and their march from Spain in Godchot's En Danemark: Les Espagnols du Marquis de la Romana. 1807-1808. Paris: A. Picard, 1924.
I can not view it (I have a "hard copy"), but it is at:

Not definative, although George Nafziger provides the list of the corps return from 9 Ocotober 1808 where it is listed as the 1st Battalion:

He used Estados de la organizacion y fuerza de los ejércitos espańoles beligerantes en la Peninsula, durante la guerra de Espańa contra Bonaparte, arreglados por la seccion de historia militar en 1821. Brusi, 1822.
I can not view it (and I do not have a copy), but it is at:

Just to add to the mystery, . R
