In the army list of 14 June 1815, Hoeken is named Hoecken, Seconde-Lieutenant in the Schlesische Artillerie-Brigade. Another variant is Höcken.

As he was adjutant to Oberst-Lieuteannt von Roehl and in the evening of Ligny just had joined a cavalry unit which he doesn't name, I doubt this Prussian unit can be identified.
