Do you know which of the four naval infantry regiments is being referred to here?
The following are the commanders of the four regiments, when they arrived in Mayence in the middle of March, 1813, when they were assigned to Marmont's VI Corps. The information can be found in Historique de l'Artillerie de la Marine, 97-106 (which covers the campaign of 1813) which can be found here:

Le 1er régiment, commandé parle colonel Emond,comptait 6 bataillons et 3338 combattants.
Le 2e régiment, colonel Buquet, avait 8 bataillons et 3310 combattants.
Le 3e régiment, colonel Butraud, était formé de 3 bataillons et de 1 476 hommes.
Enfin le 4e régiment, commandé par le colonel Rouvroy,était fort de 3 bataillons et de 1 516 combattants.
As of 7 November 1813 the four regiments were commanded by the following:
1er régiment : colonel Maury; 2 bataillons,557 hommes;
2e régiment : colonel Deschamps; 4 bataillons,1 897 hommes ;
3e régiment : colonel Bochaton ; 3 bataillons.632 hommes ;
4e régiment : colonel Rouvroy; 3 bataillons,575 hommes.
Col Rouvroy was the only one left of the original four. Emond had been mortally wounded in action and later died of his wounds. I'm still looking for the other two.
