General-de-Brigade Charles Buquet commanded a brigade of Marines in 1813. He had been promoted General-de-Brigade 23 September 1812. He had commanded the 75th and the 30th Line Regiments.

Both Butraud and Emmond had been promoted General-de-Brigade in August 1813.

According to Tony Broughton, the 2nd Regiment of Marine Artillery was commanded by:

1809: Mejansac (Francois) - Colonel

1813: Deschamps (Nicolas-Laurent) – Colonel

Mejansac died in 1825. Deschamps was killed in 1814.
