I'm sure the publisher wrote the blurb. Their first interest is selling the book, so the more "exciting" the blurb, the better. (I hope they weren't really trying to copy O'Reilly.)
I'm sure I'll buy a copy. I'll wait a while and see if it's comes up on US Amazon (to save postage and currency fees).
