Thanks. Whatever it was, Wellington didn't mention it in his own report, but only Inglis's activities. He just wrote the attack took place. No 'mention in dispatches' in the last paragraphs.
Also, whatever happened, the 6th brigade 'evicted' the French from Zugarramurdi and chased them to Anhoué, I believe.
I don't know which French units were there, but perhaps it was too much 'bravatta' for a small number of enemy.
