Titeux has very strong arguments to defend Dupont.
In my view - there must be something more than Baylen alone - which put Dupont in the bad box, it must have happened earlier, maybe Pozzolo.
Titeux gives a very good insight into the character of Napoleon - a bit repetitive in all his three volumes, but he cites numerous examples to proove his argumentation.
