Not really. The smuggling of contraband between Britain and the mainland thrived throughout the wars, in both directions.
Also, Britain maintained a stranglehold on all `enemy` merchantmen.
Russia`s position would have been the same: that by 1812 the Czar was forced by internal pressures to abandon N`s Continental System, which led to the fateful invasion.
I have not thought very deeply about how the C. S. would have affected Spain and Portugal, but it would scarcely have been beneficial to the inhabitants or the governments. Smuggling would probably have been a growth industry, with the inevitable migration south of tens of thousands of French coast guards and customs officials, all added to the expenses of the two states. Interesting scenario.
