If you agree with Schroder's 'analysis' (with only two footnotes for references) then you'll have to make that judgment for Prussia, Austria, and Russia as well and above all Great Britain, for they did the same thing. What 'irritated' the crowned heads was that Napoleon did it better than they did and more efficiently. In summary, the article is nonsense and is nothing more than an 'educated' summary of the old British and allied propaganda of the period.
